How do we do it?

We hire the best individuals and provide thorough training. We arrive at your home with the cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to do the best job possible.

Prior to signing on with Hands On Inc. we will meet with you and do complete walk through on the property in order to better meet your needs and budget.

With Hands On Inc., it is customized to fit your needs.


Our Guarantee

You want to know that your house will be cleaned just the way you want it and we will guarantee it every single time.

If you are not completely satisfied, we will happy to come back and re-clean whatever is in question at no additional cost.

We are responsible for all the work done under the specifications that you, the costumer, set up front.

We are also financially liable for the conduct of all our employees.

We have all the insurance coverage, licenses and permits that are required to perform the work and guarantee that the personnel will perform the work.

We work on a 24-hour schedule, perfect for any emergencies that may arise. We also provide very detailed invoices that are based upon the service provided. No work will be performed outside our original contract without prior approval.

How we operate

We offer a simple agreement for our customers to sign if they need one.
However, we are happy to perform our housekeeping services for our customers on a handshake.

Work hours begin are according to client’s needs.
Vacation Rentals will be started after departure (usually 10am) and are generally ready just before arrival time (usually 3pm).

Vacation Rentals:
We work year-round for vacation rentals, including holidays. We are experienced in this market and capable of handling vacation rental cleanings year around.

Last minute services:
We provide last minute housekeeping and maintenance service for vacation rentals for an additional fee.

Hands On will provide all supplies and equipment needed to complete the housekeeping service using only brand names, we do not use generic products.
If there is a specific product that is needed, we would be happy to get it for you upon request.

To make a cancellation, please be sure to call at least 24 hours in advance of the agreed appointment. If it is not cancelled, we charge a last-minute cancelation fee.

We need a 24-hour notice if a late check out has been granted to a guest. Failure to provide notice will result in an hourly charge for the time our employees have to wait for the guest to depart.

Hands On is not responsible for any lost or stolen items in any property. If case
we do recover any item left behind, it will be held in our lost and found for 14
business days. After the 14 business days the items will be disposed of.

We are a professional company that meets any license and insurance requirements which include but is not limited to:
• Workmen´s Comp.
• General liability
• Commercial car insurance
We are also responsible for all employee taxes.
